Return & Exchange


All products purchased from  can be exchanged/ Returned within 7 days only if:
  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
  • There will be no return or exchange of any dress/ cloth if the flyer sealed is opened.
  • Customer should claim the exchange within a week time if there is any defect in the piece.
  • Pictures shown on the website and real dress may have slightly difference in color because of the lighting effects in photo-shoot.


ELAF does not offer a “Cash Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items based on desires.

A “Refund” may only be issued if:

  • The customer cancels the order, before ELAF starts processing the shipment.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product.
  • The transaction does not verify the security checks and ELAF is not willing to process such order.
  • Refunds cannot be issued from our retail stores.


ELAF has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as – item is out of stock, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution and Misc Reasons.
